Return & Refund
If you are not 100% satisfied with the item you received, we will accept returns or exchanges within 30 calendar days of receiving the item.
What can be returned or exchanged?
- Items ordered were received within the past 30 days.
- Product is in the same condition as when you received it. All packaging, accessories are still in new or like-new condition and will not affect resale.
- The receipt or proof of purchase is required coming with the return package.
Return Shipping
Who charges for the return shipping fee?
There are two types of return shipping costs:
For one type: If you received the wrong style/wrong size/defective/damaged product, Meite USA will bear the return shipping costs and re-sent you the correct one.
For another one: If you placed the order with the wrong item or don’t like the style/size and want to return or change it after receiving the products, the return and re-delivery cost should be borne by you. (Please note that refunds for shipping fees of the origin order will not be credited back to the payment account once the goods have been shipped.)

Refunds
All returned items will be inspected. If your return is approved, refund will be processed to your credit card (or original method of payment). Please note that it usually takes 3-7 business days for the funds to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment service. Your bank or payment service may charge a small transaction fee.

Warranty
Meite USA warrants to the original end-user purchaser that Meite USA products stating they come with a 180 days limited warranty will be free from defects in material and workmanship, and agrees to repair or replace, at Meite USA's option, any defective Meite USA branded tools used in production applications for a period of 180 days from the date of purchase, or date of delivery of the product (whichever date is later). This limited warranty is not transferable. Proof of purchase showing when and where you purchased the product is required for the process of warranty.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
The following warranty exclusions apply:
- Normal wear parts are not covered under this warranty. Normal wear parts include, for example, bumper, active valve assembly, cylinder component, cylinder cap, rubber o-rings, driver assembly. For optimal performance of your Meite USA tool always use genuine Meite USA fasteners and replacement parts.
- This warranty does not cover parts damaged due to normal wear, misapplication, misuse, accidents, operation at other than recommended speeds or air pressure or improper storage.
- Products used in other applications other than those defined by Meite USA are excluded from this warranty.
- Labor charges or loss or damage resulting from improper operation, maintenance or repairs are not covered by this warranty.
GENERAL WARRANTY CONDITIONS
This warranty will be honored, only if:
- Clean, dry, regulated compressed air has been used, at air pressure not exceeding the maximum indicated on the tool casting;
- No evidence of abuse, abnormal conditions, accident, neglect, misuse or improper modifications or storage of the product;
- No Deviation from operating instructions, specifications, and maintenance schedules exists (please read operator manual for use, specifications, and maintenance instructions).
This warranty is in lieu of all other express warrantied. Any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is limited to the duration of this warranty. Meite USA shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
This warranty is limited to sales in the United States and Canada. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
To obtain warranty service, return the product at your expense together with proof of purchase to a MEITE USA Regional or authorized warranty repair center.
