All orders are processed to ship within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. And the order totaling $40 or more are eligible for free shipping. Free shipping only applies to shipping within the continental United States.
Order confirmation
When your order has been received, you will receive an email notification from us which will containing our thanks and including product information, your shipping address, billing address, payment method, and shipping method you chose for your confirmation.
Tracking
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow up to 1-2 days of processing time and update the tracking number.
Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.
The delivery time is calculated based on the shipping date, not the order date. The actual shipping date can be delayed due to invalid shipping addresses, order that did not receive confirmation, bad weather, weekends/holidays, etc. Please note that refunds for shipping fees will not be credited back to the payment account once the goods have been shipped.

What can be returned or exchanged?
Return Shipping
Who charges for the return shipping fee?
There are two types of return shipping costs:
For one type: If you received the wrong style/wrong size/defective/damaged product, Meite USA will bear the return shipping costs and re-sent you the correct one.
For another one: If you placed the order with the wrong item or don’t like the style/size and want to return or change it after receiving the products, the return and re-delivery cost should be borne by you. (Please note that refunds for shipping fees of the origin order will not be credited back to the payment account once the goods have been shipped.)

Refunds
All returned items will be inspected. If your return is approved, refund will be processed to your credit card (or original method of payment). Please note that it usually takes 3-7 business days for the funds to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment service. Your bank or payment service may charge a small transaction fee.

Meite USA warrants to the original end-user purchaser that Meite USA products come with a 180 days limited warranty will be free from defects in material and workmanship, and agrees to repair or replace, at Meite USA's option, any defective Meite USA branded tools used in production applications for a period of 180 days from the date of purchase, or date of delivery of the product (whichever date is later). This limited warranty is not transferable. Proof of purchase showing when and where you purchased the product is required for the process of warranty.

This warranty is limited to sales in the United States and Canada. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
To obtain warranty service, return the product at your expense together with proof of purchase to a MEITE USA Regional or authorized warranty repair center.
